After making a name for himself in the Leeds music scene Yusuf Yellow is now making his way to York for an unforgettable headline show with his band.

The young rapper blends hip-hop, punk, jazz and spoken word poetry. Having played at We Out Here festival and now a regular at the Leeds Brudenell Social Club, he’s now starting to make his way across the UK, paying his respects to each scene he enters by throwing his signature cyphers.

Unsigned talent from York, 4T7 is slowly emerging into the local northern rap scene, blending inspiration from all styles of UK Rap to cultivate a unique and innovative sound. Song-writing since the age of 11, his sharp lyricism offers a perspective on his lived experiences, and an insight into the story of someone determined to make music his path without any concern for outside noise.
