Brighton DIY guitar-pop quartet Holiday Ghosts return to The Crescent this summer!

Dreadzone have been releasing albums and progressively bettering, refining and perfecting their own unique and inimitable take on dub since their inception in 1993. Nine is the ninth official studio album, due for release in October.
Nine welcomes the next phase of Dread with nine songs about redemption and division, love and loss and journeys inside, and around the earth. The album treads into new territories but still connects with the ambience of early Dreadzone albums.

These boys have been gigging constantly in various bands since it all began for them back back in the mid 1990’s.
The live show is a homage to the greatest of the great Indie, Britpop and dance hits of that era and has been honed with spot on attention to detail with songs that are performed with energy and professionalism.

Sahra Halgan is an activist and singer from Somaliland, who after years in the secession movement as a gun toting nurse, returned to her joy of singing songs of freedom backed by her band’s take on North African psychedelic desert rock. Support from the incredible Bobby Lee.

Safe Suburban Home Records bring a party to the Crescent! Celebrating the release of their new album, one of the cities favourites, garage-rock quartet Cowgirl are joined by Teenage Tom Petties and Oort Clod.

The Smyths present ‘Meat is Murder’, a show that that will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the album in its entirety alongside Smiths classics and hits.

The power trio Moving Pictures are a Rush tribute at the top of their game.
