Smoking dope with Ted Kennedy, Keith Richards in the fan club and covered by indie darlings Yo La Tengo, the San Fran power pop outfit eschewed the prevailing psychedelic vibe and instead mashed first-era rock’n’roll with vintage R&B – and chucked in some hot-wired garage.

‘Shake Some Action’ and ‘Teenage Head’ will always be revered tunes of our time.

Still with founder member Cyril Jordan and his gang (Chris Von Sneidern, Tony Sales (nephew of Hunt Sales – Iggy / Bowie) and Atom Ellis (Tubes) the groovies are back in the UK after three years and in York for the first time ever – we think this will sell out, early purchase recommended!
