There are few bands that embody the phrase “sex, drugs and rock‘n’roll” more than Grammy-nominated American hard rock act NASHVILLE PUSSY.

Personally blessed by the late lamented Lemmy who called them “America’s last great rock and roll band. If there’s been a better band to open for Motörhead, I’ve never heard them”.

Raised on a diet of Marshall stacks, Gibson guitars, Jack Daniels and weed, Nashville Pussy are the bastard offspring of foul-mouthed demented hillbilly ice-cream man Blaine Cartwright and tractor driving, nude art school model guitar prodigy Ruyter Suys who still regularly tops ‘world’s best female guitarist’ polls,.

“Blaine and I got married on a dare after dropping acid, Nashville Pussy is our baby,” says Suys, the Angus Young of women. “We are rock’n’roll’s dirty little secret. Everyone needs a place to let their hair down and get loud, sweaty and dirty. That’s us – just don’t dress up ‘cause it’s gonna get messy.”

Together they create 100 proof no holds barred, no apology, nursery rhyme for prisoners rock ‘n’ roll.
