‘Cut Offs’ the new album from Cowgirl is released on 9th August, and to celebrate we’re having a party!

Cowgirl
Built around chief songwriters Danny Trew Barton (vocals/ guitar) and Sam Coates (vocals/ guitar), Cowgirl is completed by Jack Jewers and Jack Holdstock. Cowgirl runs a conveyor-belt of future classics; their well-crafted melodies wrapped in walls of wailing guitar fuzz. Running the gamut of garage rock to power pop, Cowgirl’s music shimmers with an inherent pop shine.

Teenage Tom Petties
Teenage Tom Petties deliver their transatlantic slacker rock with just the right amount of slop, fuzz and melody. After releasing two records that twisted the 90’s sounds of bands like Guided By Voices and Descendents into new shapes, there are rumours they’ll have fresh tunes to play come later summer.

Oort Clod
Manchesters’s Oort Clod appear hot on the heels of releasing their acclaimed first album (released on Safe Suburban Home in the UK and Repeating Cloud in the US) and first British tour. Their mix of post-punk, garage rock and jangly indie is perfect unpop and turns gigs into a party. They’ve played with Jeffrey Lewis, Porridge Radio, the Stroppies, Suep and a host of other like-minded weirdos in the DIY scene.
