Liz Lawrence released really great albums in 2019 and 2021. A songwriter of depth, honesty and humility without forgetting we all need a little pop music in our lives, particularly in these hard times. Legendary power-pop, garage and rock & roll band Flamin’ Groovies come to York for the first time ever in May!

The progressive rock group will feature original members including legendary lead singer Chris Farlowe, alongside lead guitarist Clem Clempson and bass player and vocalist Mark Clarke. But it will also introduce exciting new musicians Nick Steed (keyboards), Kim Nishikawara (saxophones) and Malcolm Mortimore (drums)
