With politicians from all sides now accepting that a publicly owned railway will be the most economical, and sustainable way to provide this vital public service, the TUC is hosting a special event as part of our 150th anniversary celebrations, to debate how it should be done.

Yorkshire boys done good. Danny T and Tradesman, hailing from Leeds, are a production and DJ duo specialising in Dancehall & UK Steppas. The technical tag team have a solid reputation for producing and mixing innovative and modern reggae music, heavily influenced by the 80’s and 90’s Jamaican sounds. This has led them to play at some of the biggest nights in the UK, Europe and beyond, notably Dancehall Science.

Joshua Burnell & his 6-piece folk-rock band have shaken the world of folk music with their epic fantasy ballads and fiddle tunes bolstered with the swirling distortion of the Hammond organ. Join them for the launch of the brand new album: Songs From The Seasons. Joska de Langen in support.

This is going to be a big show billing some of our favourite local acts all in one night! The Televangelists fresh from releasing their debut EP headline on the night with Dvsk, Tax and Honey Smugglers all in support! Not to be missed!

OUR.JAZZ is delighted to present a York show on the new album tour of celebrated UK jazz musicians, Tori Freestone and Alcyona Mick, released on Whirlwind Recordings.
The show will be followed by a workshop from 1 – 3pm on Sat 25th March aimed at young students exploring improvisational themes and techniques.
